We can also share that the building is incredibly secure and has a lift up to the third floor meaning there is no step access to the apartment*.
We are happy to offer this apartment with an exclusive secure underground parking space within the building (please ask as charges may apply) which is highly unusual in this part of London. If you don't drive, don't worry, the apartment is a mere 0.4 miles (approximately 7-10 minute walk) to the nearest tube station which offers access to the centre of London within 10 minutes.
