Cardwen Farmhouse is a rustic cottage located in Looe, Cornwall. It has four bedrooms: one king-size double with en-suite shower room and WC, three doubles, one with en-suite shower room and WC. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. Downstairs has a ground floor cloakroom and WC. There is an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room and snug room. Cardwen Farmhouse is the ultimate holiday home for families. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 999355, 999356, 1072735 and 987239 together they can sleep twenty-four people. Note: There is an active beehive within the owners own private garden, which is well away from guests. Please take precautions if you suffer severe allergies to bees. Note: There are no EV charging points at the property, so the charging of electric vehicles is prohibited

Range electric oven and induction hob, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. 2 x TV One Smart with Sky Q, and a Sky Q mini box, iPod dock, a selection of books and games and Super-fast WiFi. A tumble dryer is available which serves the 5 barns charged at £5 per load. Logs are provided on arrival and additional logs can be purchased at £5 per load. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
