The bedrooms are on the first floor, one double bedroom and the second with a double bed and single bed, so it’s a good option for families wishing to holiday in this beautiful area.
5 miles away is Alnwick, probably most famous for its magnificent castle which was used in the making of the Harry Potter movies as Hogwarts. The Alnwick Garden was created by the Duchess of Northumberland ten years ago into a striking landscaped garden with innovative structural design and unique features. Alnwick is also home to Barter Books, a huge second hand bookshop set inside an old Victorian railway station. Visit the marina at Amble, 2 miles south, indulge yourself with an award winning ice cream parlour or join one of the fishing trips or stroll around the weekend market. Excellent golf is available in Warkworth itself and at several courses along the coast..
