The North West Contractors Base is the ideal location to base your team who are working in the North West or North Wales, giving easy access to Chester and the North West as well as North Wales. Easy access to M53, M56 and A55.
The property has nine individually lockable en-suite double bedrooms, lounge and modern combined dining/kitchen. Outside are two picnic tables and a bicycle storage space.
Each Bedroom has it's own TV and full en-suite facilities.
Parking is provided for at least three vehicles, up to five or six depending on availability, with an overflow public car park immediately next door.
The property benefits from an electric vehicle charging point (you will need your own Type 2 cable) with electricity charged at cost.
The lounge features a double sofa bed so can be converted if required.
Beds are normally set out as a double/king most of which can be split into singles with advance notice.
The outside area and car parks have CCTV which is not actively monitored. When you make a booking with us a rental contract will be sent to you for electronic signature.
