Beds: 1 king, 1 super king (or twin on request)
Welcome Pack on arrival.
Rooms: Ground floor – spacious living room/dining room, kitchen, WC. Upstairs - King bedroom with TV, super king size or twin with TV, Family bathroom with small bath, shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
Entertainment: Smart TV, Wifi.
For families: Travel cot, high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen. No stair gate.
Outside: Enclosed garden with under cover hot tub and garden furniture.
Parking: Parking space for 2 cars
Electric car charging point: available at a cost (maximum of 3 charges).
General: Bed linen and towels provided. Heating and electricity included.
Pets: 1 pet welcome at £25, per week .
Notes: No smoking inside the house please.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Hot tubs: may be too cool to use on arrival day due to being changed with every change of guest. Hot tubs should be kept at 37 degrees.
Please be aware before booking that in times of drought hot tubs won't be available for guests during their stay. This is due to the hot tubs being filled up with water from a local water source.
