- Size – sleeps eight in four bedrooms.
- Beds – 1 king (can be arranged as 2 x 2'6'' single beds on request), 2 double, 1 bunk.
- Rooms – ground floor: kitchen diner, dining room, lounge, conservatory, double bedroom, shower room and utility room. Upstairs: ensuite double bedroom, king bedroom, bunk bedroom and shower room.
- Kitchen and utilities – Large, fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric hob, oven and a breakfast bar.
