Located just a quarter of a mile outside the peaceful village of West Milton along a private track, this cottage sits adjacent to the owner’s farmhouse and enjoys a secluded location in the rolling countryside of Dorset. Set on a working farm in 175 acres, you can head out on foot across the gentle hills and make your way to the local pub for respite or venture a little further afield to enjoy the beautiful coast. Just 5.5 miles away, you will find the picturesque West Bay, home to sandy beaches and rugged clifftops along with a selection of independent shops and eateries; you could easily while away your days here. Further along the coast (14.5 miles), is Lyme Regis, home to the marine fossil displays of Dinosaurland Fossil Museum and the sweeping Monmouth Beach.
Step inside this charming cottage into the light and airy open-plan living area made up of the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge area offers a sofa and chair where you can cosy up of an evening in front of the Smart TV. The bright and compact kitchen area is complete with everything you’ll need to cook up a storm before sitting down in the dining area to appreciate it.
