This property is stunning inside and out, giving guests a real sense of countryside, all the while being a short stroll from the Woodland trails opposite the property and a drive to local towns. 1.4 miles to the local Farm shop Ottinge Court, 7.1 miles to Hythe seaside town, 18.2 miles to Whitstable Beach and 11.3 miles to Canterbury city centre: with these locations just on the doorstep there is an endless number of possibilities to explore, shop, walk or cycle, or even sunbathe. There is a small enclosed private garden with seating which can be used for soaking up the sun, and is useful for your dog to have his own space and feel safe by your side. Rhodes Minnis itself has a very popular cycling route and easy access to local pubs, farm shop, bakery and tearooms. Set just back from the road, you will find a local bus stop.
