It is situated in the heart of the town with shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach and harbour close by. There are lovely open views from the living area where guests can enjoy watching the comings and goings of the local fishing and pleasure boats. The decor is contemporary throughout and the furnishings and fabrics combine to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

The switches for the hot water and central heating are in the bedroom on the outside wall of the left hand side of the cupboard which houses the boiler. Please switch on the two top grey switches on the wall and then turn on the water switch on the boiler which is in the cupboard. For central heating, please also turn on the red switch on the left wall and then turn on the heating switch on the boiler. PLEASE TURN OFF THESE SWITCHES AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.
