Due to allergies of guests, we do not allow Pets in the Annex.
The Annex is not suitable for small children or babies due to the Living Area being an open space with an unguarded Staircase.
I'd suggest children over the age of 4 only - but please use your own discretion in whether your child is safe to be near an open staircase, even if older, if you are unsure, please message me to discuss further.
There is limited head space in parts of the Annex due to the eves, please be aware that at times, you will need to 'mind your head'. Gentle reminder signs are in the areas you'd need to be aware of, particularly if 6.1" or taller.
