2-bedroom budget chalet new on our bookings which is able to sleep up to 6 people and 2 well-behaved dogs. The holiday home is well-equipped for a self-catering holiday. It has two double beds, one of which is a sofa bed, and 2 single beds.

It’s positioned near the entrance and on the edge of the site with nearby parking. It is located in a quiet place on the perimeter but also near the car park and very near to another property 17H that we also let. This property has ramped double decking which leads up to the entrance of the chalet.
Includes two TVs, a washer dryer, and a shower cubicle.

Duvets and pillows are supplied.
Please bring your own linen and towels and leave it clean and tidy.

If you are arriving on a Sunday when the office is closed, please arrange a time so we can open up the office for you or set up a Key Safe if you are departing on a Wednesday or Sunday when the office is closed, please place your keys, etc in the post box to the right of the office by 10:00 am; if possible please text us on 07368 437 802. If arrival times become difficult then let us know and we may be able to make other arrangements. Key collection is from our office in Bracklesham between 15:00 and 17:00 (no earlier arrival possible) If you have arranged a key safe there is a dark grey box to the right of our office in Bracklesham. Inside you will find a pouch for your property use this to identify the colour of the key safe the combination for the safe will be the last 4 digits of your booking reference [#??-??] Please take the key, card, and pouch with you. Please close up the key safe and change the combination to lock and close the box. Be aware there may be more than just your pouch so please take the correct one. Please ensure the Security Deposit has been paid beforehand otherwise we cannot leave a key. Keys etc. return by 10:00 am (no later departure time possible otherwise it will delay our inspectors and there are costs involved) to Windrush 6 Azara Parade Bracklesham Lane Bracklesham West Sussex PO20 8HP We are about 1.7 miles from the site.
