The lounge/kitchen/diner is on the first floor - to really make the most of the exceptional views - and has a sociable, open-plan layout and impressive vaulted ceiling. Cook up a storm in the kitchen area, and enjoy mealtimes together at the dining table, followed by a movie night on the plush, leather sofa. The utility room is shared with the adjoining property. Outside, dine alfresco on the private patio and explore the shared garden, which has lawns, an unfenced pond, and pretty seating areas.
The traditional seaside resort of Colwyn Bay boasts a long, sandy beach backed by a promenade. The seafront has recently been transformed into Porth Eirias (meaning ‘park by the sea’), with a water sports centre, range of shops, and high-end restaurants. The charming town of Llandudno (9.5 miles) makes a lovely day out. Explore the Victorian pier, with its traditional rides and shops, or hop on Britain’s longest cable car to visit the summit of Great Orme, where the views are truly outstanding.
