Continuing up the stairs you will find a stylish lounge with inviting sofas, Smart TV with Netflix and a balcony with distant countryside views. Just next door is the contemporary kitchen which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A light and bright twin bedroom and a bathroom can also be found on this floor. Newly fitted in 2020, this thoughtfully designed space has a shower over bath and WC.
Steps lead down from the kitchen to a multilevel Mediterranean style garden with patio and areas of lawn.
