With easy access by car to the coast and surrounded by the unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds this holiday home is ideal for couples or a small family wishing to immerse themselves in this beautiful part of Yorkshire.
Ted’s Place offers ramped access and ground floor accommodation. The open-plan living space has been carefully planned out with a contemporary kitchen containing an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave. The breakfast bar offers plenty of seating for four. On an evening relax on one of the two sofas that surround a Freeview TV. An electric fire provides a cosy atmosphere for the cooler winter months. Patio doors flood this main living area with natural light and give access to the seating area and hot tub to the rear of the property. With additional seating this offers the perfect spot for an al fresco breakfast or perhaps a delicious home cooked evening meal.
