The historic former slate mining village of Rosebush is just a few minutes away where you can discover a traditional Welsh pub complete with sawdust on the floor and the old railway platform outside. Newport Sands with its lovely sand dune beach and also within easy reach of the Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire coast. A 15 minutes’ drive south, you will find the charming market town of Narberth with its many antique shops, gourmet dining and delicatessens just waiting to be discovered. Families can head to Hanger 5 Trampoline Park or visit the indoor water park, Blue Lagoon, both a 20-minute drive away. Oakwood, Wales’s largest theme park, boasts Wales’s largest wooden rollercoaster and is sure to keep families entertained, whatever the weather. The famous walled town of Tenby makes the perfect day out with its cobbled streets, sandy beaches, and stunning harbour, and should not be missed. Beach 14 miles.
