Positive: Position OK , bathroom very good. Layout intelligent so good use of space.

Negative: Tired and rather shabby entrance and communal areas . On arrival there was a lamp stand with broken shade and bulb. Reported but no action taken.Bedding adequate but not pressed TV did not have basic terrestrial channels accessible… Reported but no action taken.

Summary: Overall acceptable but disappointing in some regards and not to a standard commensurate with price paid
