In the entrance hall, your eye is immediately drawn towards the bespoke oak and glass staircase, framed by feature lights and flooded with light from apex windows above. Ahead, there’s a stunning open-plan living space where plush seating is positioned before a feature fireplace with a wood burner and a built-in top-of-the-range Smart TV. French windows lead from here to the conservatory where there’s more seating, far-reaching views and further doors onto the wrap-around terrace. A dining suite sits to the rear of the lounge area and close by, there are more doors onto the terrace which has furniture so you can dine outdoors too. Continuing on, the bespoke kitchen has a central island, granite work surfaces and big-name appliances including a Neff oven, Tassimo coffee machine, Tefal Opti grill and Bosch food processor – all sure to inspire even the least enthusiastic chef! A beautiful utility/boot room is adjacent. Fitted with Miele laundry equipment and offering lots of storage space, it has a stable door to the side of the house and gives access to a handy cloakroom.
