Set at the top of a valley with far-reaching views across the beautiful countryside. A cottage with character and great amenities. Visit some of North Devon's stunning beaches including the seaside village of Woolacombe which is under 9 miles away and is great for surfers and families with 3 miles of golden sands. Enjoy a day out and only 2 miles away is Watermouth Castle Family theme Park set in stunning landscaped gardens overlooking Watermouth Bay. From here you can book a lesson in Coasteering and many other water activities.
Use the step to enter this cosy cottage which is on one level you will find the lounge/diner on the right-hand side with a large comfortable sofa to relax on after a day of adventures and fun. This room has a TV and DVD player, so why not catch up on a movie or have a natter with family and friends. Next to this room, you will find the first lovely double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a tasty meal with an electric cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Leading from the kitchen are the further two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC, and the last bedroom with bunk beds. Completing this property is the family bathroom with a bath and WC.
Heading outside, is a great gravelled and lawned area with your own picnic table and charcoal BBQ or you can unwind at the end of the day on the spacious lawn area with outdoor seating which is shared with the other properties in the complex.
