Step inside this delightful cottage on the ground floor where you will find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The dining area looks out to the garden creating a lovely space to eat for the whole family. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook up a good meal and features an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The lovely and homely lounge offers a seat for all guests and is the perfect spot for a cosy evening after exploring the local area, with a wood burner and Smart TV. Also located on the ground floor is a shower room, complete with a shower and WC. Next to this is the ground floor bedroom featuring a king-size bed. Moving upstairs is another king-size bedroom and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king on request), both overlooking the stunning garden with countryside views. The first floor also features a bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath and WC.
Outside the property, there is a wonderful south-facing garden, complete with a patio and a raised lawn. This enclosed space is the perfect spot to soak up the South Devon sunshine and enjoy some al fresco dining with the outdoor table and chairs. There is off-road road parking for three cars located at the side of the property.
