Set five miles from the traditional seaside town of Weymouth, you will find plenty to do for all ages. Weymouth has a pretty harbour, bustling high street with many shops and eateries, a Victorian esplanade and historic Nothe Fort. The South West Coast Path is easily accessible from here too, plus a good selection of beaches, including Chesil, with its swathes of pebbles and Ringstead Bay. Abbotsbury village is well worth a visit and has a children’s farm, swannery and subtropical gardens.
The main entrance door opens from the street, leading into a welcoming entrance hall. Immediately to your right is the open plan kitchen/diner, which is well equipped with an AGA, electric hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is space to dine just opposite and a door leading into an inner hallway. Here you will find a stylish shower room with WC and access to the garage and utility area, which is ideal for storing bikes, has a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a useful dog wash. Heading back through the dining area brings you to the inviting lounge. This space is partially divided by a pair of striking vintage pillars and has comfortable sofas on which to relax and a Smart TV. Stairs rise from the entrance hall to the first floor. There are three bedrooms to choose from, a family room with double bed and bunks (suitable for children), a double bedroom and a king-size bedroom. The bathroom can also be found on this floor and has a bath with hand held shower attachment and WC.
Heading outside via the dining area there is a garden room, ideal for use in the summer months. This quirky space has a living wall, stone trough and furniture, as well as bi-fold doors leading into a courtyard garden. Ample road side parking can be found to the front of the property (subject to availability).
