Enter into the property via the back door and into a very well equipped and practical kitchen. Next door is a good sized dining room which is the perfect place to all gather around the table and enjoy a board game or a bite to eat. The lounge is the final room on this floor and offer a panoramic view of Polruan from the large window where the window seat is the perfect place to kick back and watch the boats and ever-changing tides. The wood burner offers a warm and cosy setting for a relaxing evening in front of the Smart TV. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a king-size with views of the garden and water, a spacious twin overlooking the rear, and a single cosy room. The main bathroom is modern and newly fitted. Outside, there is access to a second shower room within the utility room which is a great place to wash away the day’s adventures at the beach.
Outside to the rear is a tiered garden with a lawn, as well as a lovely, paved area to the front of the property with glass balustrades and garden furniture as well as a BBQ.
