From here, you can pick up the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, or join the water-sports enthusiasts enjoying windsurfing, surfing and kayaking. Follow the estuary in the opposite direction to Cardigan (2 miles), famed for its impressive castle and thriving arts culture.
