The setting is beautifully rural, yet very close to the town as Builth Wells is only a mile away, just a few minutes in the car, or a pleasant 20-minute walk when the weather obliges.

Large picture windows which adorn its well-designed living area, not only flood the space with light but invite effortless appreciation of the beauty of the natural surroundings. The French doors open onto a large verandah across the front of the property providing an ideal spot for dining in the sunshine. The Elan Valley is a 30-minute drive where you will find many walking and cycling trails and an abundance of wildlife. Red kites are found in the Elan Valley and there is a feeding station nearby. Builth Wells offers a cinema, golf course, swimming pool and plenty of shops and restaurants. Pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
