The kitchen has a very good level of equipment and quality appliances and there is a separate utility room on the ground floor.
Outside the property there are gardens to the front and rear which are adjoined down the west side of the house via gated access. There is a fully enclosed landscaped garden to the rear with seating and BBQ for guests to use, in addition there is private, allocated parking for 2 cars. There is an abundance of things to do in the area with two golf courses nearby, horse riding, boating and water sports in the area, and a loch side beach which is perfect for family outings. Taymouth Castle is nearby with its beautiful gardens and riverside walks. The small town of Aberfeldy is a 10 minute drive away and has a wealth of shops including a large supermarket, butchers and bakers. Furthermore, Aberfeldy boasts various gift and craft shops, an award-winning book shop and lots of places to eat. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
