Summary: Craig was a very friendly and welcoming host. He showed understanding when we had issues with our computer sending our ID and he responded very quickly at the property by personally bringing cutlery and arranging for more towels to be sent. In terms of the state of the house for our arrival, we felt that Craig had been let down by his service/cleaning team in several ways: cobwebs on the walls in the lounge; dirty knives in the cutlery drawer; bathroom bin not emptied; no black bags for rubbish; table mats very dirty; cigarette ends on the garden table outside the French doors. We had 3 couples there for a family wedding and enjoyed nice meals around the table. The house was comfortable, warm and met our needs very well.
