A beautiful 2 storey Victorian town house, which overlooks Wareham meadows and the River Piddle. 3 Elm Villa is equipped with a modern bathroom and fully fitted kitchen which was renovated in 2020. The owners have equipped and decorated the cottage in keeping with its Victorian roots.
This charming cottage is located next to the Saxon walls, which can still be seen today. You can walk from your cottage door, along the walls to Wareham common or into the town centre and onto the Quay. From the Quay you can hire a kayak or take a pleasure cruise to Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island.

Several good restaurants are within walking distance and include The Priory Hotel, which overlooks the tranquil River Frome. Wareham itself is only 2 miles from the coast at Arne and a 10 minute drive from the National Trust ruins at Corfe Castle. The children will enjoy a day out at Monkey World or Farmer Palmers - all within easy reach.

WiFi. No pets allowed. No open fire or woodburner can be used at this property.
