On some occasions, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place so we may not be able to facilitate this. These are both available upon request and available to order at cost-price. For safety & hygiene reasons, we don't provide linens & mattress for the travel cot. This is due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries to clean these. It is much better for you to use your own fabrics, linens and to have your own mattress that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions.
