On a small complex of converted barns, this property is approached via a lane that leads to the foreshore of the idyllic Cleddau estuary with a slipway for boating enthusiasts. The barn is arranged over two floors, with entrance to the property via the traditional stone external stairs. On the ground floor are the four bedrooms: two doubles - one with an en-suite with a shower over the bath and WC - and two twins. There are also two further shower rooms with showers and WCs. On the first floor, the lounge makes the most of the breath-taking views. Take it all in in front of the electric fire, or unwind in front of the TV. The spacious kitchen/diner is also on the first floor, and comes fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a large dining table where the whole family or group can enjoy an evening meal.
Heading outside you’ll find a rear enclosed grassed area, while at the front of the property there’s a shared open lawn that overlooks the water.
