It stretches from Barnstaple through to Bideford and beyond. And then there’s stunning Exmoor National Park with its beautiful night skies just 6 miles away, and Lynton and Lynmouth, 13 miles to the north east with its incredible sea views, rugged cliffs and amazing funicular cliff railway which opened in 1890 and is the highest and steepest totally water powered railway in the world.
