Comprising of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms and an adjacent den. The property also has its own private garden and small wood. Please note that our property sits in a quiet neighbourhood area and any guests visiting the property must abide by the following rules:
1. The gardens are communal. Whilst dogs are permitted they must be on a lead and all mess must be cleaned up. Please also be respectful of our neighbours' property and privacy.
2. A maximum of 3 cars may be parked on the driveway. Cars must not be parked on grass or on the communal road at Balmoral Court.
3. No ball games are permitted at any time
4. No outside activities or loud music after 10pm at night.
