Perfect whatever the time of year, Roselea Cottage has all you need and is in the heart of Pembrokeshire. This three-bedroom cottage with secure garden and driveway will make the perfect base for exploring.Situated in the oldest part of the village of Carew which boasts it's very own Castle with history of over 2000 years, Wales only restored tidal mill and mill pond makes for a perfect mile long stroll with fantastic scenery. Roselea Cottage is not far from the main roads to Tenby, Pembroke, Haverfordwest and beyond means it is easy to access many of the beautiful beaches, coastal path, museums and activity centres. Along with restaurants, cafes and shops.Roselea Cottage has a gravelled parking space which fits two cars adjacent to the cottage. A small front garden filled with shrubs and plants. Once through the front door you enter a spacious tiled hallway. To your right you have one double bedroom and two single bedrooms all of which overlook the garden. The bedrooms have everything you need including blackout curtains.The lounge has two comfortable leather sofas with throws and cushions, a large flat screen Smart television with Freeview and DVD. The lounge also boasts a fireplace with wood burner. At the end of the hallway is the bathroom. Here you have a full-sized P shaped bath with an over head shower, toilet and hand wash basin.The kitchen, equipped to a high standard has a dishwasher, washing machine and all other essentials. There is a dining table and chairs for four people. The large kitchen window looks out to the garden. The kitchen leads out to a small porch area that takes you out to the fully enclosed garden. Here there is a pretty decked area with a large wooden picnic bench which again have views of the millpond. The garden is laid to lawn. There is also a lockable wooden gate out to the driveway.We welcome two well behaved dogs. However, we do ask that they are not permitted to jump or sleep on the furniture and are not be left alone anywhere in the property for any length of time.Pets fees may occur.
