The house opens on to a modest hallway with real wooden flooring furnished throughout the ground floor. Towards the left is an inviting living area set up with suede sofas by a fireplace. Curl up with a good book or enjoy the wide wall-mounted TV on a late evening after a busy day in the City. There is a dining space conveniently by the kitchen, set up with a long table with chairs and a bench to squeeze in as many as possible! The kitchen has been finished beautifully with sleek black worktops and an island with breakfast bar. It has all the top facilities including an American-style fridge freezer. Towards the rear of the house is a small yard – this outdoor space has been set up with comfortable furniture so guests can enjoy alfresco dining. On the first floor half-landing is a large bathroom finished in stone tiling with a large bathtub and shower attachment. Across the hall you will find two bedrooms. The first is a good sized double bedroom which is very light and bright with two windows overlooking the street. The second bedroom is a single (with an extra mattress to sleep one more guest) with lots of tidy storage space. The loft floor comprises the master bedroom – a spacious and bright double bedroom with many sky lights. It has a wall mounted TV for added luxury and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also access to a French balcony which gives lovey wide street views. House Rules: No Pets, Parties or Smoking! The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
