The studio style layout includes a living area with comfortable seating centred around the fireplace and TV, with a bedroom area on the other side of the room. There is also a designated workspace, and a shower room on the first floor. The annexe is adjacent to the owner’s home, and you have access to your own courtyard garden area to sit out and enjoy the views, as well as shared access to the rest of the garden.

As an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are plenty of beautiful places to explore locally. Well worth a visit, the Mumbles is a fishing village just 25 minutes away by car, with a boutique high street, and busy front with restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as some Welsh history to enjoy including a Victorian pier and Oystermouth Castle.
