Hampshire Court is a bright, spacious and modern, fully equipped apartment which is 131 yds (120 metres) to the Central Bournemouth Square. The separate bedroom has a King-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and the bedroom overlooks Bourne Valley gardens. There is also a separate lounge with a TV which includes a DVD/CD slot, two-seater sofa and a single arm chair. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The separate kitchen has a built-in oven and ceramic hob with extractor hood over and a kitchen table with chairs. There is also a toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, washing machine and fridge, all cooking utensils are supplied including pots and pans and general cooking utensils. The private, separate bathroom has a toilet, wash hand basin, bath and shower over with shower screen. We supply toiletries, linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided free of charge. There is one allocated parking space available on site, for £7/day. Shops, including Tesco Metro, restaurants, banks and most other amenities are but a minute’s walk away. The sea front is accessed via an 8-minute walk through the gardens to Bournemouth pier, where there is also an Oceanarium and other attractions, including the Eye. From the pier, the beach is sandy in both directions and stretches for a total of seven miles. Other attractions and amenities close by are the Bournemouth International Centre, the Royal Pavilion Theatre and a new multi-screen cinema complex. Attractions further afield 5 miles (8km) are Poole Harbour, Sandbanks and ferries to Studland and Brownsea Island.
All bus routes are under 218 yds (200) metres and many routes link to the train/coach station. Bournemouth airport is between 12 and 20 minutes away by taxi and there is a bus service. Dorset has many natural inland and coastal attractions, including Kingston Lacey House, a National Trust property near Wimborne. Lulworth Cove is located between Wareham and Weymouth and is 21 miles (34 km) away.

We meet and greet our guests either at the apartment or in the car park which is at the rear of the apartment building and hand the keys to our guests during check-in. Guests are required to leave a deposit, either prior to check-in by bank transfer or in cash at check-in and read and sign the apartment rules and abide by them. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Check-out is up to 11:00 am.
