Positive: Very comfy and homely. Great cooking equipment. Nice garden. Loved the decor and little extra touches, coffee tea n biscuits . Near to town and facilities.

Negative: We were happy with everything. The bathroom off main double room might be a problem for some. However with kids or very good friends/ family in the twin it was fine. We loved our stay

Summary: Would 100% stay again.
