Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Our previous booking for the day had cancelled at the last minute and we had to find something quickly within couple of hours and that’s how we ended up here. Boy , what a beautiful place to stay. Clearly sign posted and was given the right instructions on how to reach the property as it is just off the main road. The views were breath taking. The owner had realised about our urgency and was kind enough to keep some eggs, cereal and the best part oat milk as I was lactose free. He even came out in the cold night to check on us asking if we had enough food with us for the night as we arrived quite late at the property. The biscuits , herbal teas and marshmallows were a treat. We really enjoyed our stay here . Early morning we were greeted by the lovely chickens. The ladies gave us company as we had breakfast while enjoying the view. As we were leaving he even came to help us with our things and the gates. Couldn’t have asked for more. This was the best stay in our NC500 week.
