Positive: The house is huge and beautiful, and very clean.The host had put Xmas decorations up, which made us feel extra welcomed. There were lots of homely touches all over, including a well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and soft furnishings. A great tv in the living room with a sky box, a lovely separate formal dining room...I could go on. The location is also great, minutes from the beach and a short walk to the metro station to go into Liverpool centre. Lots of other amenities also a moderate walk away.

Negative: The house is a bit tired, so maybe not for those expecting very modern, ultra polished accomodation. This was not a problem for us as we loved the comfortable, lived in feel. There are also only two bathrooms, which could be an issue for larger groups.
