This newly decorated 2nd floor apartment is situated at the 'four banks' crossroads, surrounded by hip & trendy bars, beautiful restaurants and coffee shops, and has fantastic transportation links - the tram stop is literally a 3 min walk - taking only 15 minutes to the centre of town, and there is a bus stop right outside the property which will take you all the way to town, as well as connecting you to the neighbouring suburbs of Manchester. The Space: My lovely home is situated in a prime location in the centre of Chorlton. The flat has a large open plan, beautifully presented living area complete with table, chairs, TV and super fast WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped and has a modern oven and microwave + all your necessary implements! The master bedroom is complete with a very comfy double bed with fresh, hotel quality linen, and an ensuite bathroom. We also have a premium double airbed for any additional guests! Situated in the heart of Chorlton, my flat is within strolling distance to mass of amazing, quirky restaurants & bars, as well as quaint little coffee shops. 3 minutes from the local tram stop, you can be in the centre of town within 15mins of leaving the flat - but for those that don't already know, Chorlton is by far the bougiest area South Manchester has to offer, and you needn't need to travel far to experience all the highlights that this beautiful area has to offer - those for a taste for the outdoors should definitely take a stroll round Chrolton Water Park! With some of Manchester’s best loved bars / restaurants / shops and nightlife on your doorstep or just a short-walk away, this flat is superbly located for both work & pleasure. Guest Access: You will have access to my entire home during your stay. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
