This cosy C17th cottage has many original features, and garden on two levels with a decking area to make the best of the views. It is ideally situated with a short walk down Fore Street to Boscastle harbour with numerous shops pubs cafes, and beautiful walks via the coastal path over the cliffs. It is a short drive to some of the best known surfing/family beaches of the North Cornish coast eg Widemouth (11 miles north) Polzeath (south).The nearest beach is Trebarwith Strand just 12 mins drive. Other places of interest are Port Isaac - 13 miles Padstow 22 Miles and the Eden Project which is approx 50 mins drive.
There are several pubs in the village ('The Napoleon' being about 30 yards away) which offer evening meals with the occasional live music.
There is a private parking space about 75 metres from the house.
