Little Cottage is owned by a couple who thoroughly enjoy their short stays in St Mawes and they want to make sure that you have a terrific holiday too. The Cottage is thoughtfully equipped and furnished to a very high standard allowing you to stay in comfort during either the summer or winter months.

Accommodation
Ground Floor: Porch leads into an open plan living room/kitchen/dining area. The living area is uncluttered yet comfortable with sofas and a wood-burning stove. The raised kitchen/dining area to the rear has fully fitted units and a door to the rear garden. There is a small understairs WC and hand basin.
First Floor: Master bedroom with king size bed and a transfixing sea view, twin bedroom with rear door to the garden. Bathroom with overhead shower, basin and WC. All linens and towels are White Company and professionally laundered
Exterior: Enclosed front garden, table and chairs and sea view. Private rear garden with further table and chairs, barbecue, parasol and a selection of sunbeds.

Facilities & Services
Little Cottage is centrally heated and there is a wood-burning stove

The kitchen is well equipped: an electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules). There is a washer dryer, iron & ironing board

The sitting room has a flat-screen digital TV with smart capabilities to stream digital services

Outside there are deck chairs, sunbeds and a Weber barbecue

If you practice yoga, there are two yoga mats available

Electricity, heating, logs, toilet paper, bed linen & towels are all included. Wifi is unlimited

All you need to bring is your own nespresso coffee, beach towels, barbecue charcoal and sense of adventure
