Summary: The staff at the hotel were all lovely and so helpful! We booked breakfast for next morning upon arrival as I saw the food rating was a 5 (no longer an 1 which I saw from previous reviews) and the staff were really kind and accommodating with this. The hotel itself must’ve had a renovation or update since a lot of previous reviews, as after reading them, I was expecting it to be a lot worse, however it was actually very nice. The only downside we experienced was that our room was very hot, which must be known to them as we already had 2 fans in the room for us to use. It wasn’t a huge problem for us but something to note. Other than that everything was really pleasant. It isn’t the Ritz but it was a comfy bed, great location for the beach and pleasant for our stop in Wales whilst I was working. I would absolutely stay again, thank you!
