Positive: It was perfect for the needs of our trip. Only thing I'd say is to get WiFi u are best restarting the router daily otherwise it's a beautiful lil hide away in the peace and quiteness of the countryside exactly what u need after a busy day exploring

Negative: Only a small boiler so can't get a full hot bath but the shower was hot enough and I like mine hotter than most so not a major loss having either shower or half hot bath .... the other thing and this is not on property owners at all but there is not really a local taxi service and no bus stop near by so may need to bear this in mind if ur wanting a night off from driving.
