Summary: The flat itself was nice. The 3 steep staircases and lack of handrails at the top made it unlivable for 2 of our party. We ended up having to move and losing a lot of money. The property manager said the stairs were listed on another site but we booked through VRBO which didn’t have it expressed. It did say there was no lift and all our party can handle stairs at a reasonable degree, but not as excessive as what this flat required.
