Summary: This was at least our 3rd stay here, but not since 2020. Disappointed that leisure facilities are closed but most disappointed that we had no hot water for washing or showering. We booked for 1 night as we had a concert to see, we discovered no hot water at about 5pm after checking in at 3. Alerted reception when we left around 5.30 of this issue. On Friday morning we wanted to shower and wash before checkout but still no hot water. Alerted reception at around 9.15 who said they would send maintenance man, but no one came. No hot water for our stay, no offer of alternative accommodation. I left my details on check out at 10 due to my dissatisfaction, I was assured someone would be in contact, but no. No one has contacted me, so we paid over £100 for a 1 night stay with no hot water. Not acceptable, whoever ‘Sunday’ is, they need to invest in the running and customer service. Sadly, we won’t be staying again in what used to be a great hotel!
