A comfortable sitting area is set by the large window and consists of 2 sofas, an armchair and a coffee table facing the TV and fireplace. On the other side of the room is a table for 4 and bookshelves. KITCHEN The kitchen is also located on the ground floor, next to the living room, and boasts light and space. The dining table sits up to 8 people and the kitchen area is fitted with all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, such as fridge, freezer, hobs, oven, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The washing machine is also located here. You can access the two private gardens from this room. FIRST BEDROOM This bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers a comfortable double bed with a bedside cabinet, an armchair, a hanging rail, a TV and a desk nicely placed by the glass doors leading to the large garden. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a single wash basin, a WC and a walk-in shower. SECOND BEDROOM Located on the first floor, this bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe and a baby cot. A desk is placed between the fireplace and the windows. THIRD BEDROOM This room is located next to the second bedroom, on the first floor, and is fitted with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a large mirror and a small bench. SHARED BATHROOM This immaculate and spacious bathroom is located on the first floor and features a single wash basin, a WC and a combined bath tub and shower. GARDEN This property boasts 2 separate private gardens, both with access from the kitchen. The smaller garden is fitted with a table for 4, while the larger provides plenty of green space and is fitted with a table and 2 chairs, as well as 2 benches. Both gardens are perfect for meals al fresco and are carefully decorated with plants, trees and flowers.
