Summary: We had a lovely stay last week, it is a lovely hotel and we loved our suite. Breakfast was delicious! Only a couple of things would have improved the stay: As it was a suite I’d expect gowns and slippers I phoned up for an early check in months before and when I rang up to check the week before it wasn’t on the booking. They added it but when we arrived there was a standard earlier check in on weekdays so it wasn’t even needed so why didn’t either of the receptionists say this when I called??? On both calls I mentioned our wedding, would have been nice to have a bottle of wine or something in the room to celebrate.
