A pretty stone built cottage, Eynons is a small but cosy cottage that provides well thought out family holiday accommodation. Conveniently situated in the village of Roch, the cottage is one of three, set adjacent to the owners property. The cottage benefits from off street parking for your car and a landscaped seating area with picnic bench and comfortable outdoor bench. Newgale Beach is just a mile and a half away and are also ideally located for exploring the spectacular coastal scenery that Pembrokeshire has to offer.
The cottage is suitable for small family parties or two guests who want the benefit of separate bedrooms, or a property where accommodation is all on one level. There is a comfortable open plan living / dining area and small adjacent kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one double and one single, suitable for adults or children. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over.
Eynons cottage was converted in the 1980’s and retains a number of original features. It has benefited from additional recent refurbishment and the generous use of oak for window sills and other features has enhanced the original character.
The cottage is generously equipped with all that you need to make your stay comfortable. We invest in good quality mattresses to make bed as comfortable as possible and use hotel quality pure cotton sheets as well as blankets from Melyn Ty Gwynt. The cottage is heated with storage radiators which provide background heating and there is also thermostatically controlled electric heating in each of the rooms. In combination with good insulation (and thick stone walls) our experience is that the cottage is comfortable and cosy even in the depths of Winter.
