Positive: Good location. Quiet. Near busses. Large comfortable sitting area. Warm.

Negative: ID confirmation was a nightmare - could not get photo ID to work on my Android phone, tablet, laptop or two other Android phone. Eventually succeeded on a borrowed iphone. Requested help three times from agents (Houst) - no reply. On arrival at the apartment found the refrigerator trays full of water - the socket behind the refrigerator not working, Reported this to the agents twice (Hous). Nobody came to fix the socket. When we first used the stove top, dirty water/oil dripped from the filter into a pan full of fish. We went hungry that night! One cup not washed - sticky sugar inside. Lack of adequate toilet paper.

Summary: Should have been a good apartment but spoiled due to lack of attention from the agents (Hous)
