We have 8 en-suite bedrooms, one is on the ground floor which is ideal for less able guests.
There is also a sauna with en-suite bathroom, shower and bath on the ground floor and a seperate toilet in the porch.
All beds are Kingsize except the sofa bed which is a double.
The house has had a full refurb including a four person infra red sauna with en-suite shower, amusement arcade, dining room seating 16, lounge with 3 sofas, 65 inch TV and 3D surround sound.
Fully stocked kitchen with large gas hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher.
Separate utility room with floor standing fridge and freezer, sink, washing machine and dryer, space for storing golf equipment, bikes, surf boards, wet suits and other beach gear.
There are 2 patio doors opening to a south facing patio with BBQ area and outdoor sofa and armchairs.
The whole house is available for families or groups of friends.
Cleveland House is perfect for special events, birthday celebrations or work retreats.
Stag groups are not allowed, Hen groups are by appointment only.
Pets also by appointment only.
Check in is 4pm and check out 11am.

There is parking for 6 or 7 cars and nearby free roadside parking.
If you are not arriving by car, Bournemouth has excellent rail and airport connections. Once here there are local taxis, beryl bikes and electric scooter hire.
You can also arrive by boat and arrange a mooring in Poole harbour.
Cleveland House is on the route of the Bournemouth coastal open top double decker bus tour that visits Bournemouth, Poole, Sandbanks and crosses the harbour to Swanage.
There are also bus and boat tickets to Brown Sea Island, Poole Quay around Poole harbour or to Swanage via Old Harry Rocks.
Very short walk to the beach down a wooded glade.
Also 2min walk to fantastic shops, bars and restaurants.

Please park on the drive so that cars don't overlap onto the pavement at all.
There are elderly and disabled people that need to be able to use the path.
We ask that there is no noise outside after 10pm out of respect for the neighbours.
Pets are allowed but on an individual basis only, please message with details. Check out is strictly 11am………..We need five full hours to clean the whole house to Covid standards. Please keep noise to a minimum and don't take music devices outside onto the patio, we want to maintain good relations with our neighbours.
For your safety, candles are not allowed.
Make sure doors and windows are locked when leaving the house.
No PA equipment to be brought in.
The Sauna is used at guests own risk, please check medical advice to make sure it is suitable for you and follow guidelines, children need to be over 6 and supervised.
The top bunk bed is not designed for children under 7 and parents should judge whether it is suitable for their child as there is a potential risk of falling. Please be careful if reversing onto the road, the house is on a bend.
