As you approach Courtfield Bungalow via the driveway/path where guests are welcome to park, you enter via the front door and find yourself in the well-equipped kitchen area. From here there are entrances on both sides leading into the spacious, bright and airy living/dining room with its bi-folding doors out onto the garden area. The good sized garden is mainly lawn; the area feels secluded with the various bushes and trees, looking out across the nearby fields. Back into the property and from a doorway in the living area, guests can access the 3 bedrooms, one of which contains a double bed and the other 2 containing twin beds. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet next door. The property is situated on a quiet residential street but is just minutes from the main town of Totnes whether walking or via car. This historic market town has many great restaurants/bars and cafes as well as a thriving town full of shops. The nearby popular towns of Salcombe, Dartmouth as well as the cities of Plymouth and Exeter are all within driving distance. The beautiful English Riviera made up of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham are all also great days out.
